The professional high fidelity motorcycle headset for open-face helmets is characterized by a strong 10mm microphone gooseneck and a noise-canceling dynamic microphone element. Two flat, 40 mm speakers in the ear cup recesses ensure excellent voice and hi-fi music reproduction with the best sound quality with airy bass and distortion-free treble. A shielded connection cable for Honda Goldwing® radios completes a very high-quality headset system.
The microphone gooseneck is attached to the edge of the helmet using a screw-on retaining clip that does not require any holes to be drilled in the helmet shell. The sturdy gooseneck therefore also enables communication for open helmets with a half visor. For loud helmets or high speeds, the use of a microphone windscreen (optional) is recommended to reduce background noise such as engine noise and wind turbulence.
The noise-compensating microphone technology also offers excellent speech intelligibility - even with loud helmets and at high speeds. For reasons of comfort, the speakers are kept very flat and are not bulky.

Installation
The gooseneck is installed using 2 retaining clips, which are screwed together under the edge of the helmet and therefore do not require a hole to be drilled in the helmet shell.The speakers are inserted into the ear cup recess, preferably under the cover fabric.
All Softline® helmet speaker sets comply with the ECE standard. If installed according to our instructions, the ECE approval is retained.

- Noise-cancelling dynamic near-field microphone with a directivity characteristic, 500 Ohm, 40 - 8.000 Hz, in combination with the foam windscreens the ambient noise is reduced by ~16 dB (or expressed in speed units: the noise level at the microphone is reduced from 160 km/h to 60 km/h)
